admin Malaysia-based Dura® Technology Sdn Bhd (“DURA”) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Concrete Products and Aggregate Co. Ltd., The Siam Cement Public Company Limited, the largest and oldest cement and building material company in Thailand and Southeast Asia to jointly explore and develop new opportunities in Ultra High Performance Fibre Reinforced Concrete (UHPFRC).
DURA® is a leading sustainable advanced construction material company from Malaysia which has exported the advanced material to 5 countries. DURA® has claimed the most prestigious international Precast Concrete Industries award for the longest span of UHPFRC bridge in the world.
This MOU represents a significant step forward in our efforts to expand our presence and capabilities in UHPFRC. Both companies have a strong track record of innovation and excellence, and we believe that this partnership will allow us to combine our strengths and expertise in order to achieve even greater success.
Under the terms of the MOU, CPAC is desirous of obtaining from DURA® the use of DURA’s know-how, formulations, processes in connection to the production of patented DURA® product. The two companies will work together to identify and evaluate potential projects and initiatives, with the goal of creating mutually beneficial partnerships that will drive growth and innovation to drive a greener sustainable construction with UHPFRC to the region.
